The trainer was very patient, knew whenever the trainees required additional examples shown or when to repeat a set of information.The trainer was well prepared, and the materials were prepared in a way that allowed us to practice process modeling, first to understand the language of BPMN and then to work on our processes to deepen the knowledge even further.
